What does the acquisition mean for my CareerShift subscription?
As a client or user of CareerShift, there will be no change to your service. We look forward to continuing to provide our community with the same excellent experience we have been delivering since 2007.
Will Val Matta, co-founder of CareerShift, continue to be involved?
Yes! Val will continue to lead and grow CareerShift as a General Manager on the Springshare team.
If our university has an upcoming renewal, what should I expect?
The CareerShift renewal process will be very similar to what it has been in the past. The primary difference will be that the invoice will originate from Springshare. When it is time for your renewal, we will reach out approximately 60 days in advance to begin the process and share relevant documentation.
Will I continue to see CareerShift at conferences?
Yes! In the coming months, CareerShift will be participating in the Mountain Pacific ACE, the Southern ACE, CEIA, and NACE, amongst others.

What’s next for CareerShift?
CareerShift will operate as an independent brand under Springshare’s corporate umbrella.
